Independence Movement leader Michel Moawad said the sweeping majority of political factions and civil society groups in Zgharta have come to an agreement on a development agenda.

Moawad hailed the agreement as an achievement on several levels since factions from across the spectrum have decided to put their political disagreements aside and rallied behind a united development agenda.
