Under the “Emergency assistance in water and sanitation, for the Syrian displaced population in Tripoli” Program, funded by UNHCR (The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) and implemented by the René Moawad Foundation, a sewerage system has been executed in the town of Siir El Danniyeh.

A training session on Capacity Building took also place for employees from the municipality of Siir El Dunniyeh. The topics were:  The preparation of tenders and books of conditions and the sorting of bids.

It is worth mentioning that more than 1,200 Lebanese and 320 refugees will benefit from this new 450 meters long sewerage system. “
