Head of Independence Movement says Lebanese Army is playing an important role in preserving security.

Head of the Independence Movement Michel Moawad offered his condolences Thursday to Lebanese Army Commander General Jean Qahwaji over the death of three soldiers who were targeted in a car bomb attack in Arsal region.

During his meeting with Qahwaji at the latter’s office in Yarzeh, Moawad praised the Lebanese Army for its efforts to preserve security and maintain stability across Lebanese territories particularly in North Lebanon.
