The Office of the President of the Independence Movement and elected MP Michel Moawad issued the following statement:

President of the Independence Movement and elected MP Michel Moawad wholeheartedly thanks the Lebanese people for their congratulations on the occasion of his victory in the parliamentary elections, especially those who voted for him in the third electoral sector in the North in general and the people of Zgharta Zawiya in particular for their valuable trust. And he promises to work with them day and night to achieve all the goals that we fought for throughout the last stage to achieve the Lebanon we all dream of.

And on this occasion, Moawad asks all supporters and loved ones to immediately work on removing the posters of him that were put up during the election campaign as elections are now over and the time has come for work.
