The Rene Moawad Foundation organized a parents gathering at its teaching center in the Tabbaneh neighborhood of Tripoli in a bid to help secure a better education for children enrolled in its program.

During the gathering, children participated in activities such as painting and singing while a lecturer discussed with parents the importance of educating children without resorting to any form of violence.

The get-together was part of a child labor prevention program funded by the US embassy in Lebanon.
