During a meeting attended by Moawad, March 14 prominent figures says Lebanese Forces leader upholds values of Cedar Revolution.

March 14 leading politicians rallied behind Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea as a candidate for the presidential race during a meeting held Tuesday night at the residence of former Prime Minister Saad Hariri in downtown Beirut.

 Participants including head of the Independence Movement Michel Moawad stressed the importance of holding the presidential poll within the constitutional deadline and urged all lawmakers to attend Wednesday’s session.
