Fair Trade Lebanon (FTL) provided training sessions to women in Kfarhabo region as part of a project to improve the living standards of women in north Lebanon.
The project, which is funded by the European Union, is being implemented by BIAT, the Rene Moawad foundation, Digital Opportunity Trust-Lebanon (DOT) and local development agency MADA.
22 women from the Dinniyeh region participated in the training sessions, which focused mainly on the difficulties facing small producers and farmers such as packaging, pricing, marketing and sales.
