The National Follow-up Committee on Women’s Issues distributed over 5000 copies of the Comprehensive Guide for loans, which was drafted by Tripoli’s Business Development Association in cooperation with local organizations in Akkar and Denniyeh regions.

The distribution of the guide, which includes detailed instructions on how to obtain financing from commercial and Islamic banks, is part of a larger project aimed at improving the livelihood for underprivileged women in North Lebanon.

The project is funded by the European Union and is being implemented by BIAT, the Rene Moawad foundation, Digital Opportunity Trust-Lebanon (DOT) and local development agency MADA.
