Japan’s Ambassador to Lebanon Seiichi Otsuka toured Thursday the facilities of the Rene Moawad Foundation in Zgharta city. The foundation’s president, former Social Affairs Minister Nayla Moawad welcomed the ambassador who was accompanied by a delegation of the Japanese embassy in Lebanon.

Otsuka inaugurated a new dental lab that was fitted with high-tech medical equipment donated by the Japanese Embassy.
