The Independence Movement has congratulated elected council members of Tripoli’s Order of Engineers.

Elected council members of Tripoli’s Order of Engineers comprise Ruba Dalati, Mursi al-Masri, Antoine Saad and Simon Moawad, also a member of the Independence Movement.
