The president of the ‘Independence Movement’ Michel Moawad and former MP Jawad Boulos announced their official candidacy for the upcoming parliamentary elections.
Moawad wrote on his Twitter account:
“Along with my friend and permanent ally Sheikh Jawad Boulos, I have registered my candidacy for the upcoming parliamentary elections, to represent Zgharta-Al Zawiyat.”
Ending his tweet with the hashtag #حلف_الأوادم , Moawad posted photos of the registration receipts.
