Head of the Independence Movement Michel Moawad met Wednesday at his residence in Baabda with a delegation of Abela’s employees at Casino du Liban. The delegation of employees included representatives of the Free Patriotic Movement, the Lebanese Forces, the Marada Movement and the Independence Movement respectively Elie Khair, Joe Saba, Wadih Diab and Jack Moawad. The delegation discussed with the Independence Movement leader their labor rights at Casino du Liban.   George Roqaibi, who spoke on behalf of the delegation, said the visit to Moawad was one of several meetings with political leaders aimed at highlighting the labor rights of Abela employees. “Moawad promised us that he will make all the necessary efforts to meet our demands,” he said.
