On the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, President of the Independence movement MP Michel Moawad, called over Twitter for the transfer of decree 220/2000 concerning disabled people’s rights in Lebanon from theory to practice by issuing its executive decrees swiftly, adding: “Disability does not mean incapacity in any way”.
